PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

FluxPlay ("the App") is an offline mini arcade game developed for entertainment purposes. The developer of FluxPlay ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about data practices.

We do NOT collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) from you.

FluxPlay has no user accounts, no login, no registration, and no way for us to know who you are. The App works entirely offline — you do not need an internet connection to play.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be very clear. FluxPlay does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your location or GPS data
• Your contacts, photos, or files
• Any login credentials or account information
• Any payment or financial information

We have no servers and no backend. There is nowhere for personal data to be sent to, even if we wanted to collect it.

3. Data Stored on Your Device Only

FluxPlay uses Hive (a lightweight local database) to save the following data entirely on your device:

• Game high scores and statistics
• App preferences (sound on/off, haptic feedback, language)
• Game session counts

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted, synced, or shared with anyone — including us. When you uninstall the App, this data is automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

While we do not collect any data ourselves, the App integrates two third-party services provided by Google LLC. These services may automatically collect limited, non-personal technical data as described below.

a) Google AdMob — Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which supports the free availability of the App. The AdMob SDK, operated by Google, may automatically collect:

• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
• IP address (used by Google to infer approximate location for ad relevance)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, taps)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. We do not have access to this data and cannot identify you through it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you will see a consent popup when you first open the App, allowing you to accept or decline personalised advertising. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy Settings.

You can also reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings:

b) Firebase Crashlytics — Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports so we can fix bugs and improve app stability. Crashlytics, operated by Google, may automatically collect:

• Crashlytics Installation UUID (a random, anonymous app-instance identifier)
• Device model and OS version
• Crash stack traces and error logs
• App version and build number

This data is diagnostic only. The Installation UUID cannot be used to identify you personally — it is randomly generated and is not linked to your identity, email, or any personal account.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Since we do not collect personal information, most privacy rights are already satisfied by default. However, regarding the third-party data collected by Google:

For all users:

• Reset your Advertising ID in device settings at any time
• Opt out of personalised advertising in device settings
• Uninstall the App to stop all data collection and delete local data

EU / EEA residents (GDPR):

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data processed by Google services. Since we do not hold any personal data ourselves, such requests regarding AdMob or Crashlytics data should be directed to Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

California residents (CCPA):

We do not sell personal information. The limited technical data collected by Google SDKs is processed under Google's own CCPA-compliant terms. You may exercise your CCPA rights through Google's privacy controls or contact us for assistance.

6. Age Requirement

FluxPlay is intended for users aged 16 and above. The App is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use this App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 16 has used this App, you can immediately stop any automatic third-party data collection and erase all locally stored game data by uninstalling the App from their device.

7. Data Security

Your game data (scores, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted over the internet. Third-party services (AdMob, Crashlytics) use encrypted connections (TLS) for any data they transmit to Google's servers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App adds new features or integrates additional third-party services. The updated policy will be made available within the App with a revised effective date. Your continued use of FluxPlay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
