Effective Date: March 31, 2026
FluxPlay ("the App") is an offline mini arcade game developed for entertainment purposes. The developer of FluxPlay ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about data practices.
FluxPlay has no user accounts, no login, no registration, and no way for us to know who you are. You do not need an internet connection to play the games. Some optional features, such as ads, analytics, crash reporting, and opening external links, may require internet access.
We want to be very clear. FluxPlay does not collect:
We have no servers and no backend. There is nowhere for personal data to be sent to, even if we wanted to collect it.
FluxPlay uses Hive (a lightweight local database) to save the following data entirely on your device:
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted, synced, or shared with anyone — including us. When you uninstall the App, this data is automatically deleted.
While we do not collect any data ourselves, the App integrates third-party services provided by Google LLC. These services may automatically collect limited, non-personal technical data as described below.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which supports the free availability of the App. FluxPlay uses mediation partners, including Unity Ads, to serve advertisements through AdMob. The AdMob SDK and mediation partners may automatically collect:
This data is collected and processed by Google and its mediation partners, not by us. We do not have access to this data and cannot identify you through it.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you will see a consent form when you first open the App, allowing you to accept or decline personalised advertising. If you are located in a US state with applicable privacy regulations (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or others), you may see an opt-out form allowing you to decline the sale or sharing of your data for advertising purposes. You can manage your choices at any time from Settings → Privacy Options when available.
You can also reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings:

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports so we can fix bugs and improve app stability. Crashlytics, operated by Google, may automatically collect:
This data is diagnostic only. The Installation UUID cannot be used to identify you personally — it is randomly generated and is not linked to your identity, email, or any personal account.

We use Firebase Analytics to collect coarse app usage insights that help us understand the app journey and support crash debugging. Firebase Analytics may collect:
These events contain no personally identifiable information. They are used to improve app stability and understand general usage patterns — not to track individual users.

Since we do not collect personal information, most privacy rights are already satisfied by default. However, regarding the third-party data collected by Google:
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data processed by Google services. Since we do not hold any personal data ourselves, such requests regarding AdMob or Crashlytics data should be directed to Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
If you have questions about how FluxPlay works with these services, you may also contact us at: fluxplay.support@gmail.com
We do not sell personal information. The limited technical data collected by Google SDKs is processed under Google's own privacy-compliant terms. If a privacy options entry appears in Settings → Privacy Options, you can use it to opt out of the sale or sharing of data for advertising purposes. You may also exercise your rights through Google's privacy controls or contact us for assistance.
FluxPlay is intended for users aged 16 and above. The App is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use this App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 16 has used this App, you can immediately stop any automatic third-party data collection and erase all locally stored game data by uninstalling the App from their device.
Your game data (scores, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted over the internet. Third-party services (AdMob, Crashlytics, Analytics) use encrypted connections (TLS) for any data they transmit to Google's servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App adds new features or integrates additional third-party services. The updated policy will be made available within the App with a revised effective date. Your continued use of FluxPlay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
